The city of Encinitas, California, boasts some amazing sights and scenes.  Of course, there are the beautiful beaches, some of the best in the North County area.  Encinitas has changed dramatically over the last five or so years.  The downtown “strip” area on PCH is now a destination for weekenders and foodies looking for a bite to eat.  The city is also a haven for artists as there are a number of art walks, bazaars and galleries in the city limits.
